Guilda ran the successful Café Virtuoso in the heart of Bedford, UK for four years and has since moved the business online (Virtuoso Foods), offering cooking workshops, private catering and events, as well as hosting holistic retreats in the US, UK & Europe.
Now, the business has progressed to ‘Rooted Vegan Kitchen’ which primarily focuses on working with clients on ‘Health & Well-being’ through food and nutrition!

Whether you would like a general health check or want to monitor an existing health condition(s), you can do a finger prick blood test on yourself at home, and get the tests your doctor would normally order delivered to your door. Alternatively, you can opt to have blood tests carried out at registered clinics throughout the country or opt for a nurse to visit your home (additional costs will apply for these services).
Each service includes a 30 minute Nutritional Phone Consultation to ensure you opt for the right test and to answer any questions you may have.
