Whether learning about breathing for singing, speech or general well-being this class will increase your awareness of the breath and how to control it.
How does your posture affect your breath? How do we make sure we are speaking or singing on the breath? How can breathing for singing increase our overall well-being?
Be prepared to get down on the floor. Because singing involves deep breathing and the controlled use of muscles in the respiratory system, it may be beneficial for certain lung and breathing conditions.
