Rosemary Shrager's Scotch Eggs

Rosemary shows you how to make these delicious scotch eggs, using quail eggs or hens eggs. A great recipe to get children involved in the preparation!

Ingredients

500g fine pork mince

6 small eggs, at room temperature

Flour

2 eggs, beaten

300g Panko breadcrumbs

Salt

Vegetable oil for frying

Equipment

3 shallow bowls for flour, egg, breadcrumbs

1 large pan

1 medium pan
