Improve your health and wellbeing with Sarah’s gentle weekly yoga classes designed for the over 50’s. Whether you’re a beginner or have practiced yoga before, Sarah will teach gentle yoga suitable for all levels. All classes are a mixture of Slow Flow Hatha Yoga, stretching & strengthening balancing & relaxation postures, along with breathing practices to enhance sleep and reduce anxiety.
About your instructor
Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. After giving up her job in The City to have her 2 children, she wanted to find a more fullfiling and enriching career path and decided to work within the Yoga and Meditation arena.
Sarah holds a 200 hour and 300 hour YTT (yoga teacher training ) certification registered with Yoga Alliance International (the world’ largest yoga alliance organisation) and a Yoga Alliance International advanced accreditation standard of E-RYT 500 hour (advanced yoga teacher).
She has also completed courses in Anatomy, Advanced Anatomy, Meditation, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She is passionate about health and well-being having suffered poor physical and mental health, as so many of us have, over the years, and truly believes in the life altering opportunities that Yoga offer. Sarah shares this knowledge with you in her inspiring classes.
