Join me for my Christmas masterclass and learn some amazing skills and techniques as well as getting you prepped for Christmas creating a range of festive treats you can store in your freezer and fridge ready for the big day.
First up we’ll make a ham. There are some great tricks I can teach you for getting the best flavour out of your ham, how to cook it and how to make it look mouthwateringly wonderful. We’re going to make Gravadlax – cured salmon. It’s great as a starter, for canapés or just to have on standby. We’ll make red cabbage – a great staple for Christmas and we’ll also make an utterly delicious and very light sweet short pastry to create your own mince pies along with home made mincemeat.
The Masterclass starts at 11am on Friday 3rd December and lasts around three hours. In that time you’ll have created the basis for the best Christmas feast ever and be ready to enjoy a stress-free time.
I’ll let you know all the ingredients and utensils you’ll need for the masterclass closer to the date.

One entry for each registered member is permitted to be entered into the prize draw.
The winner will be chosen at random from entries received by the closing date of 12:00am Thursday 4th November 2021.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will have to respond to accept the prize within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
